1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
3. Where We Ship From Medusa X products are fulfilled by our international supplier partners. All orders are dispatched from China. Delivery times reflect international transit and may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
4. Duties, Taxes & Customs
- EU customers: Prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT will be shown at checkout before payment.
- Non-EU customers: Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
- We are unable to predict or control customs delays or additional charges imposed by your country's customs authority.
5. No Hidden Fees In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, all applicable costs — including shipping fees — are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. You will never be charged anything beyond what is shown at checkout.
6. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to become active. You can track your order using the link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
7. Delays & Force Majeure While we always aim to meet estimated delivery times, Medusa X is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance processes
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Public holidays in the country of origin or destination
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
8. Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights under EU law.
